白鲜皮挥发油化学成分分析

摘    要:目的]对白鲜皮挥发油化学成分进行分析。方法]采用同时蒸馏萃取法提取白鲜皮中的挥发油,通过GC—MS对其化学成分进行分析。结果]挥发油中含有60个化合物,鉴定出51个。结论]挥发油中棒酮含量最多,其次是榄香醇和有机酸类化合物。

Abstract:Objective] The paper aimed to study chemical constituents of volatile oil from Dictamnus dasycarpus Turcz from Jilin Province.Method]The volatile oil from Dictamnus dasycarpus Turcz was extracted by simultaneous distillation and extraction(SED),then separated and analyzed by GC-MS.Result]60 compounds were separated,and 51of them were identified from the volatile oil.Conclusion]Fraxinellone is the major chemical constituents in the oil,the others are elemol and organic acids.
