湖北宜昌茶文化、茶叶品质与茶产业的发展研究

摘    要:湖北宜昌茶文化具有丰富的内涵,可以与三峡旅游结合开展三峡茶叶游。宜昌茶叶品质好,采花毛尖、萧氏茗茶、金香品雪为中国驰名商标,邓村绿茶为中国国家地理标志保护产品。宜昌在茶叶的种植、加工等环节可以更进一步优化,以水电作为能源加工茶叶的方式应取代以煤为能源的加工方式,可进一步提高宜昌茶叶的内在品质。宜昌茶叶产业的发展前景广阔,应开发附加值较高的茶产品。

Tea Culture,Tea Quality and Development of Tea Industry in Yichang

Abstract:The tea in Yichang of Hubei Province is abundant in cultural contents,which can be developed with the three gorges tourism.Yichang tea is good in quality,Caihua tea,Xiao’s tea and Jinxiang Pinxue have been the well-known tea brand in China,and Dengcun green tea is Chinese national geography symbol protected product.The internal quality of Yichang tea can be further upgraded through improving its cultivation and processing by alternating the coal energy processing with water power.The tea industry in Yichang has broad development prospect,some tea products with high added values should be developed.
