| 摘 要： | 在土地适宜性评价的基础上,依据地理学综合分析的基本思想,遵照地理现象的时空、尺度转换规律,构建土地节约集约利用评价指标体系,在定量分析相关数据的基础上,运用层次分析法对邢台市19个县(区、市)城镇建设用地进行集约程度评价,并对集约利用潜力进行测算,最后针对土地节约集约利用中存在的问题提出合理化建议.

| Abstract: | On the basis of land suitability evaluation,according to basic thought of geography comprehensive analysis,obeying temporal-spatial,scale conservation law of geography phenomenon,the evaluation index system of land saving intensive use was constructed.On the basis of quantitative analysis of related data,by using AHP method,intensive degree evaluation was carried out on 19 county(region,city) urban construction land.The intensive use potential was measured,several advices were put forward according to existing problems. |
