摘    要:目的]深入研究赣南脐橙皮渣提取物的抑菌性能,开辟脐橙皮渣综合利用的新途径。方法]采用滤纸扩散法和二倍稀释法测定了赣南脐橙皮渣的水、无水乙醇和乙醚不同溶剂提取物对食品常见腐败菌的抑菌性能和最小抑菌浓度。结果]赣南脐橙皮渣3种不同溶剂提取物对细菌、酵母和霉菌都有抑制作用,其中乙醚提取物对黑曲霉的抑制效果最为明显。结论]赣南脐橙皮渣可开发为天然、安全、高效的食品防腐剂。

Antimicrobial Activity of the Extracts from Peel of Gannan Naval Orange

Abstract:Objective] To deeply study the antimicrobial activity of extracts from peel of Gannan naval orange,and develop a new path for the comprehensive utilization of orange peel residues.Method] Filter paper diffusion method and two times dilution method were separately used to determine the inhibitory effect and minimum inhibitory concentration of different solvent extracts from peel of Gannan naval orange.Result] The water,ethanol and ether extracts of three kinds of solvent could inhibit the growth of bacteria,mould and fungi.The maximum inhibitory effect on Aspergillus niger was observed.Conclusion] Peel of Gannan naval orange can be used to develpe a natural,safe and high-efficient food preservative.
