移栽期及施氮量对津引品种KRK26质量风格特色的影响

目的]探明移栽期及施氮量对津巴布韦引进品种KRK26质量风格特色的影响。方法]以3种移栽时间和2种施氮量为变量,采用裂区试验研究了KRK26烟叶香型、甜感等风格特色和香气质、香气量、杂气、细腻度、刺激性、劲头、余味等感官质量指标的变化。结果]试验中,随着移栽期的提前,烟叶香型呈现由"浓香"向"浓透清"转变的趋势,烟叶甜感呈现由"焦甜"向"焦带清"转变的趋势;烟叶样品的香气质变好,杂气变轻,烟气更加细腻,刺激性减小,余味更舒适,感官质量综合得分增高。试验中,N1处理的香气量得分高于N2处理,感官质量综合得分略高于N2处理;施氮量处理对烟叶香型、甜感、香气质、杂气、细腻度、浓度和刺激性的影响不明显。方差分析表明,不同移栽期处理在香气质、杂气、细腻度、刺激性、余味和感官质量综合得分上的差异都达到显著水平,在香气量、劲头和浓度上的差异不显著;N1和N2处理在香气量上的差异达到极显著水平(P=0.0070.01),在香气质、杂气、细腻度、浓度、劲头、刺激性、余味和感官质量综合得分上的差异均不显著。结论]调节移栽期可明显改变KRK26烟叶的质量风格特色。试验中以112.5 kg/hm2处理施氮较为适宜。

Effects of Transplanting Date and Nitrogen Application on Quality and Unique Style of KRK26 Flue-cured Tobacco Cultivars Introduced from Zimbabwe

Objective] To demonstrate the effects of transplanting date and nitrogen application on quality and unique style of KRK26 flue-cured tobacco cultivars introduced from Zimbabwe.Method] With several variables of three different transplanting date and two different fertilization amount,a split-plot experiment was conducted to study the quality and unique style,such as flavor,sweetness,aroma quality,aroma amount,offensive odor,exquisite fineness,irritation,physiological strength,remaining taste,etc.,of KRK26.Result] The full-bodied flavor and baking-sweet flavor of flue-cured tobacco leaves faded down,the fen-flavor intensified,the aroma quality smelled better,the offensive odor smelled lighter,the smoking became more exquisite,the irritation decreased,the remaining taste tasted better,and the composite score of smoking quality increased with the transplanting date had been moved up.ANOVA analysis indicated that there was significantly difference among three transplanting date treatments in some smoking quality indexes such as aroma quality,offensive odor,exquisite fineness,irritation,remaining taste and the composite scores of smoking quality,but there was no significantly difference in other indexes such as aroma amount,physiological strength and taste strength.The scores of aroma amount of N1 treatment was significantly higher than that of N2 treatment(P=0.007<0.01),and the composite scores of smoking quality of N1 treatment was slightly higher than that of N2 treatment,but there was no significant difference between N1 and N2 treatment in other smoking quality indexes such as aroma quality,offensive odor,exquisite fensive,taste strength,physiological strength,irritation and remaining taste.Conclusion] The quality and unique style of KRK26 had been changed markedly by changing the transplanting date,and the best fertilization amount was decided to be 112.5 g/hm2.
