安徽省地方品种鸡J-亚群禽白血病感染状况的血清学研究

目的]了解安徽省优良地方品种鸡群中禽白血病病毒J-亚群(ALV-J)的感染状况。方法]对安徽省8个鸡场、7个不同地方品种鸡开展了ALV-J感染的血清学调查。结果]安徽省被检测鸡场均存在ALV-J感染,被检测鸡群个体阳性率高达49.9%,甚至部分鸡场鸡群个体阳性率高达86.2%。AHDF5品种鸡个体阳性率高达86.2%,其次为AHDF2、AHDF6、AHDF3、AHDF7、AHDF4和AHDF1品种鸡。4个周龄段的鸡群均有ALV-J抗体阳性鸡,但存在一定程度的差异.12周龄以下鸡群ALV-J阳性感染率相对较低,为7.1%;随着周龄的增大,ALV-J阳性率总体上呈现上升趋势,最高达50%。结论]安徽省地方品种鸡中ALV-J的感染非常严重,应及早对ALV-J进行净化和采取综合防控措施。

Serological Study on the Infection Situations of Avian Leukosis Virus Subgroup J in Anhui Local Chicken Breeds

Objective] The research aimed to investigate the infection situations of avian leukosis virus subgroup J(ALV-J) in excellent local chicken breeds of Anhui Province.Method] Serological survey was made on the infection of ALV-J in 7 different local breeds in 8 chicken farm of Anhui Province.Result] The infection of ALV-J in all the detected chicken farms of Anhui Province and the antibody positive rate of tested serum samples were 49.9%.And it was as high as 86.2% in some chicken farms.The positive rate of AHDF5 was the highest(86.2%),followed by AHDF2,AHDF6,AHDF3,AHDF7,AHDF4 and AHDF1.Chicken with positive antibody to ALV-J were found in all 4 week-stage age,with some difference.The positive infection rate of ALV-J in the chicken group with less than 12 weeks was relatively lower,being 7.1%.With the week age,the positive infection rate of ALV-J in the chicken group showed the increasing trend,as high as 50%.Conclusion] ALV-J infection was prevalent in Anhui local chicken breeds.ALV-J should be cleaned and comprehensive prevention and control measures should be taken.
