复方霍山石斛浸膏增强免疫力作用的研究

目的]研究复方霍山石斛浸膏对小鼠免疫力的影响。方法]将200只健康雌性小鼠分为5个试验组,每组分高、中、低和空白对照4个剂量组3.0、1.0、0.5、0 g/(kg.bw)],连续灌胃给药30 d后分别对不同剂量组小鼠进行细胞免疫的功能检测(ConA诱导小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化试验、DNFB诱导小鼠DTH试验)、体液免疫功能检测(抗体生成细胞检测试验、血清溶血素测定试验)、单核-巨噬细胞功能检测(小鼠炭粒廓清试验、小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞试验)和NK细胞活性测定。结果]各项检测结果与空白对照组相比,均能刺激小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖、转化作用,促进小鼠迟发型变态反应作用,提高小鼠抗体生成细胞数和血清溶血素水平,增强小鼠的单核-腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬、碳廓清能力及NK细胞的活性。结论]复方霍山石斛浸膏具有增强免疫力功能。

Research on Enhancing Immunity of the Extracts of Dendrobium huoshanense

Objective] To study the effect of the extract of Dendrobium huoshanense on the immune function of mice.Method] The mice were fed with the extract at the dose of 3.0,1.0,0.5 and 0 respectively,once a day for 30 days,and then 7 indexes of immune function were measured to judge the effect of the extract on immune system.Result] In comparison with the control group,all the results of the experimental groups showed the enhancement on transformation and proliferation of splenic lymphocyte;the quantity of the mice antibody-producing cell and the sheep erythrocyte antibody levels in serum were also raised.The mononuclear macrophage ability to eliminate carbon and mononuclear celiac macrophage phagocytic activity were increased;the delayed hypersensitivity was accelerated,and the activity of NK cell was improved obviously.Conclusion] The extract could enhance immune function of mice.
