摘 要: | 目的]综述青蒿素提取与检测工艺的研究进展。方法]从青蒿素的理化性质及来源、提取方法与检测技术3方面来对青蒿素的研究进展进行综述。结果]青蒿素为无色针状结晶,易溶于有机溶剂;青蒿素提取方法主要有传统有机溶剂提取法、超声波提取法、微波萃取法和超临界流体萃取法;青蒿素检测技术主要有紫外分光光度法、高效液相色谱法、高效液相色谱-蒸发光检测法等。结论]为研究者能更好地研究青蒿素,满足国际市场的需求提供了基础资料。

Abstract: | Objective] The aim was to make a summary on research progresses on extraction and detection techniques of artemisinin.Method] In the research,the concerning progress was made based on physicochemical property,source,extraction methods and detection technology of artemisinin.Result] Artemisinin is colorless acicular crystal and easier to be dissolved in organic solvent.The extraction methods of artemisinin include organic solvent extraction,ultrasonic extraction,microwave extraction and supercritical fluid extraction;the detection technologies include ultraviolet spectrophotometry,high performance liquid chromatography and HPLC-evaporative light-scattering.Conclusion] The research laid foundation for further exploration and global market. |
