| 摘 要： | 从布迪厄的场域理论出发,结合近距离观察和访谈所获得的某一农民工维权NGO(P机构)服务活动开展的实践经验,通过对一些典型个案材料的"发生过程"进行实地挖掘,从而探讨农民工工伤维权的行动空间、策略选择的触发机制和内在逻辑及其对当前社会政策和制度所产生的能动作用。

| Abstract: | From Bourdieu’s field theory,combined with practical experiences obtained by close observation and interviews,through digging some typical cases,the agricultural laborer industrial injury protection action space,trigger mechanism of strategy selection and intrinsic logic were discussed,as well as the effect on current social policy and system. |
