超声波辅助提取亳菊总黄酮的研究

摘    要:目的]优化影响超声波辅助乙醇提取亳菊总黄酮的因素,提高黄酮的提取率。方法]设计单因子试验和L9(34)多因子的正交试验,研究料液比、超声时间、浸提时间及浸提温度4个因素对亳菊总黄酮提取率的影响。结果]超声波辅助乙醇提取亳菊总黄酮的最佳条件为料液比1∶30 g/ml、超声50 min、80℃浸提80 min,在该条件下亳菊总黄酮提取率为11.32%。结论]通过优化提取条件提高了亳菊总黄酮的提取率,为亳菊的开发利用奠定了基础。

Research on Ultrasonic-assisted Extraction of Total Flavonoids from Chrysanthemum morifolium

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to optimize the influencing factors of the ultrasonic-assisted extraction of flavonoids from Chrysanthemum morifolium and increase the extraction rate of flavonoids.Method] The effects of four factors(the ratio of Chrysanthemum morifolium to liquid of ethanol,time of ultrasonic disposing,extracting time and extracting temperature) on the extraction rate of flavonoids were studied by single-factor experiment and multi-factor orthogonal test.Result] The best extracting conditions of flavonoids by ultrasonic-assisted ethanol extraction method were as follows: material-liquid ratio of 1∶30 g/ml,ultrasonic disposing time of 50 min,extracting at 80 ℃ for 80 min.Under these conditions the extraction rate of flavonoids was up to 11.32%.Conclusion] Optimization of the extraction conditions increase the extraction rate of flavonoids,which laid a foundation for the development and utilization of Chrysanthemum morifolium.
