摘    要:目的]研究不同分子量枸杞多糖的体外抗氧化活性。方法]采用膜分离技术对枸杞多糖(LBP)进行分离,以得到分子量<1万(LBP1)、1万~3万(LBP2)、3万~5万(LBP3)、>5万(LBP4)的多糖,并对LBP及这4种小分子枸杞多糖的体外抗氧化活性进行测定。结果]不同分子量的小分子多糖抗氧化活性均高于粗多糖,其中LBP2清除超氧阴离子自由基作用、清除羟自由基活性、总抗氧化能力最强,显著高于LBP。结论]为合理开发与高效利用枸杞多糖提供了新方法。

Antioxidation in vitro of Polysaccharides with Different Molecular Weight from Lycium bararum L.

Abstract:Objective] To study the antioxidation in vitro of polysaccharides with different molecular weight from Lycium bararum.Method] Lycium bararum polysaccharide(LBP) was extracted and separated by membrane separation technique into four parts as relative molecular weight less than ten thousand(LBP1),between ten thousand and thirty thousand(LBP2),thirty thousand and fifty thousand(LBP3) and greater than fifty thousand(LBP4).The superoxide radical scavenging effects,hydroxyl radical scavenging activity and total antioxidant capacity of the crude polysaccharides and the four parts of small molecular polysaccharides were analyzed for antioxidant activity in vitro.Result] The antioxidant activity of the four parts of small molecular polysaccharides was higher than LBP,and the antioxidant activity of LBP2 is the highest,significantly higher than that of LBP.Conclusion] The study provided a new method for the rational development and high-efficient utilization of LBP.
