摘    要:目的]了解红树蚬壳体尺性状与活体重的关系。方法]随机选取广西北部湾红树蚬632个,测量壳长(X1)、壳宽(X2)、壳高(X3)和活体重(Y)。采用相关分析、通径分析和逐步回归分析等方法分析了壳体尺性状对红树蚬活体重的影响。结果]红树蚬壳长、壳宽、壳高与活体重的相关系数均达到极显著水平(P0.01),对活体重的决定系数总和d=0.922 3,说明它们是影响活体重的主要性状。红树蚬壳长对活体重的直接影响最大,是影响活体重的主要因素;壳高对活体重的直接影响较小。红树蚬壳长、壳宽、壳高对活体重的多元回归方程Y=-77.414+1.414X1+1.235X2+0.307X3。结论]该研究为深入研究红树蚬的种质资源保护和人工育苗提供了理论依据。

Study on the Effects of Shell Size Traits on the Live Weight of Polymesoda erosa

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to know about the relationship between shell size traits and live weight of Polymesoda erosa.Method] 632 Polymesoda erosa were randomly collected from Beibu Gulf region of Guangxi to measure the shell length(X1),shell width(X2),shell height(X3) and live weight(Y).Using the correlation analysis,path analysis and stepwise regression analysis,the effects of shell size traits on the live weight of P.erosa were studied.Result] All the correlation indices between the shell length,shell width,shell height and live weight of P.erosa reached extremnely significant levels(P<0.01) and total of their determination coefficients was 0.922 3,indicating that they were the main traits for the live weight of P.erosa.The direct effect of shell length on the live weight of P.erosa was the greatest,which indicated that shell length was the dominant influencing factor on the live weight of P.erosa.And the direct effect of shell height on the live weight of P.erosa was the smallest.The multiple regression equation between the shell length,shell width,shell height and live weight of P.erosa was Y=-77.414+1.414X1+1.235X2+0.307X3.Conclusion] The research provided theoretical basis for further study on the germplasm resource protection and artificial breeding of P.erosa.
