不同时期套袋对砀山酥梨果实外观质量的影响

目的]明确渭南地区砀山酥梨适宜的套袋时间。方法]分别于2006～2007年的5月1、10、20、30日及6月10、20、30日对砀山酥梨进行套袋,观察不同时期套袋对砀山酥梨果实外观质量的影响。结果]套袋越早,果皮颜色越白,梨果表面越光洁细腻,亮度越好。5月1、10日套袋的梨果无晕斑;5月20日～6月30日套袋的梨果,随着套袋时间的推迟,晕斑的大小和色度呈上升趋势。果点的大小和大果点的分布范围随套袋时间的推迟而变大。5月1、10日套袋的梨果有"小僵果"发生,出现了幼果连同纸袋一同脱落的现象。结论]砀山酥梨在渭南地区适宜的套袋时间为5月20日～6月10日,套袋后的梨果果面光洁细腻,外观质量高。

Influence of Bagging on Fruit Appearance Quality of Dangshan Pear in Different Periods

Objective] The aim was to determine the suitable bagging time for Dangshan pear in Weinan District.Method] The Dangshan pears were cbagged at the time of the 1st,10th,20th and 30th of May and the 10th,20th and 30th of June from 2006 to 2007,and the influence of bagging in different periods on fruit appearance quality of Dangshan pear was observed.Result] The pericarp color was whiter,the surface of pear fruit more smooth and exquisite and in better brightness when the bagging time was earlier.The pear fruit had no halo spot when bagging time was May 1 and 10;along with the postponed bagging time from May 20 to June 30,the size of halo spot and chroma on pear showed a rising trend.The size of fruit dots and distribution range of big fruit dots were enlarged along with the delayed bagging time.In May 1 and 10 the "small mummified fruits" were occurred for the pear fruit with bagging time,and the phenomenon of young fruit fallen off together with paper bags was happened.Conclusion] The suitable bagging time for Dangshan pear in Weinan District was from May 20 to June 10,the surface of pear fruit after bagging was smooth and exquisite,and the quality of pear appearance was good.
