农产品气候品质认证及其应用

以省级重点农业示范园区丹寨县绿海蓝星现代高效农业示范园蓝莓为研究对象,通过监测采集和实地调查园区蓝莓全生产周期的光照、温度、湿度、降水等气象数据,以及影响蓝莓生长的主要气象灾害,对气候资源和蓝莓品质相关性进行综合分析评估,认定其气候品质等级,并将认证信息和等级标志应用于蓝莓及其加工产品的销售宣传中,评估其带来的社会经济效益。结果表明,该地区蓝莓的气候品质为特优,即丹寨县的气候环境条件适宜种植优质蓝莓;该示范园区蓝莓的气候品质认证和认证标志的使用,在不增加园区生产设备设施和生产成本的情况下,提高了蓝莓及其相关产品的附加值,经济效益明显。这种模式具有较强的可复制性和可操作性,值得农产品生产企业参考和借鉴,可在其他农业产业园区推广应用。

Climatic Quality Certification of Agricultural Products and Its Application

Taking the blueberry of modern and high efficiency agriculture demonstration garden in Danzhai County as the research object,through monitoring collection and field surveys the meteorological data such as sunlight,temperature,humidity,precipitation of blueberry production cycle,as well as the main meteorological disasters affecting the blueberry growth,the climate resources and blueberry quality correlation were analyzed and evaluated,and identified its climate quality level.And the certification information and grade logo applied to blueberry and its processed products in the sales promotion,to assess the social and economic benefits.The results showed that the climatic quality of blueberry in this area was excellent,the climate and environment conditions of Danzhai County were suitable for planting high quality blueberry.The use of the climatic quality certification and certification mark of blueberry in the demonstration park improved the added value of blueberries and their related products without increasing the production facilities and production costs of the park,and the economic benefits were obvious.This model has a strong reproducibility and operability,it is worthy of reference for agricultural production enterprises, and can be applied in other agricultural industrial parks.
