| 摘 要： | 在前期调研的基础上,综合多年教学经验,总结了生物信息学课程教学在地方本科高校中存在的主要问题,提出了地方本科高校生物信息学课程教学定位,并对课程内容、教学方法、考核方法进行了改革,有效提高了教学效果。

| Abstract: | On the basis of previous research, combining years of teaching experience, the main problems in the teaching of bioinformatics course in local colleges and universities were summarized, teaching orientation of bioinformatics in local undergraduate colleges was mooted.Curriculum content, teaching methods, assessment methods were reformed in order to improve the teaching effect effectively. |
