苹果箱有限元分析及结构优化

摘    要:为了减少苹果在运输、贮藏、码垛过程中的损伤,降低苹果的装箱损失,对3种常用苹果箱进行三维建模,通过有限元仿真分析苹果箱受力特性和变形,通过在应力集中、变形量大的部位设置加劲肋,有效提升苹果箱工作强度,并对比3种苹果箱的制造成本。分析表明,圆孔箱在制造用料较少的情况下可满足应力和变形量要求。该研究设计出稳定性高、装载能力强、节约材料的苹果箱,为提升苹果箱质量、减少苹果装箱损失提供参考依据。

Abstract:In order to reduce the damage in the transportation,storage,stacking process to apple,reduce loss of apple packing,three-dimensional modeling of three commonly used apple boxes were conducted.Through finite element analysis,mechanical properties and deformation of apple box were analyzed.The stiffening rib was provided in the stress concentration region and the large deformation region,which can significantly enhance the strength of apple boxes.The manufacturing costs of three kinds of apple boxes were compared.The analysis showed that round hole box in the case of less manufacturing materials can meet the stress and deformation requirements.Through this study,the apple box with high stability,strong loading capacity and more material saving was designed.The study can provide a theoretical basis for improving quality of apple box and reducing loss of apple packing.
