宁波市地产蔬菜杀菌剂类·杀螨剂类农药残留风险评估

摘    要:目的]评估2015年宁波市地产蔬菜的农药残留水平,为农药残留监管提供科学依据。方法]对宁波市地产的920批次蔬菜样品中的15种杀菌剂类、杀螨剂类进行农药残留检测。根据国家标准《GB 2763—2014食品中农药残留最大限量》中最大残留限量(MRL)的规定和每日允许摄入量(ADI)值进行风险评价,同时用定量风险评价进行分析。结果]共检出243批次样品中有8种农药残留,占样品总数的26.4%。杀菌剂以多菌灵、腐霉利、烯酰吗啉为主,占检出杀菌剂的80.6%;杀螨剂以哒螨灵为主,占检出杀螨剂的95.5%。所有样品检出农药残留量均未超过国家标准规定的MRL,且ADI评估合格。按照定量风险评价,风险均在可接受范围内。结论]宁波市蔬菜的农药残留种类多、残留量低、风险较小;定量风险评价尽管计算比MRL和ADI评估更为复杂,但随着参数的增加,评价越可信,同时要注重参数的可靠性和准确性。

Abstract:Objective] Assessment of the levels of pesticide residues in vegetables from Ningbo in 2015,providing scientific basis for regulation of pesticide residues.Method] Residues of 15 kinds of bactericides and acaricides in 920 vegetable samples were detected by standad methods.The residual risk was evaluated by the maximum residue limit(MRL) and acceptable daily intake(ADI) that based on GB 2763-2014 National food safety standard-Maximum residue limits for pesticides in food,and by quantitative risk assessment.Result] 8 kinds of pesticide residuals were found in 243 samples,accounting for 26.4%.Carbendazim,pythium and dimethomorph are mainly bactericides,accounted for 80.6% of all detected bactericides,pyridaben accounting for 95.5% of the detection acaricides is the main detected acaricides.All the pesticide residues detected in the samples did not exceed MRL of the regulated standard,and ADI evaluated values all qualified.According to the quantitative risk evaluation,these risks are all acceptable.Conclusion] Many types of pesticids residues are detected in Ningbo vegetables,but these levels were low and with less risk.Although quantitative risk evaluation calculation is more complicated than MRL and ADI evaluation ,but with the more parameters,evaluation is more credible,at the same time,we should pay attention to the reliability and accurate of parameters.
