| 摘 要： | 以重庆市为例,探析了农村土地整治"先建后补"模式的主要具体实施办法,并总结了2014年以来农村土地整治"先建后补"模式取得的主要成效,最后提出了农村土地整治"先建后补"模式未来需完善的地方,以期为农村土地整治"以补代投、以补促建"的实施模式提供一定的借鉴。

| Abstract: | Taking Chongqing City as an example,the main specific implementation measures of "Subsidy after Construction" model in rural land remediation was analyzed,and the main achievements of "Subsidy after Construction" model in rural land remediation since 2014 were summarized.Finally,some suggestions on how to improve this method of land consolidation project in the future were put forward,in order to provide a reference for "Subsidy after Construction" of land consolidation project. |
