蓖麻的播种育苗研究

目的]为今后的蓖麻播种育苗提供参考。方法]设4个浸种温度15、25、35、45℃和5个发芽温度15、20、25、30、35℃,研究不同发芽温度和浸种温度对蓖麻种子发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数3项重要指标的影响。结果]当发芽温度为15、20、25、30、35℃时,蓖麻种子的发芽率分别为21%、43%、95%、91%、36%;发芽势分别为8%、26%、91%、88%、31%;发芽指数分别为1.31、2.48、5.35、5.43、2.37。发芽温度对发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数的影响达到显著或极显著水平,浸种温度影响均不显著,但发芽温度与浸种温度互作对发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数的影响显著。结论]浸种温度与发芽温度相互作用显著,其最佳组合为25℃的发芽温度和35℃的浸种温度。

Experiment in the Castor Bean Sowing and Its Seedling-raising

Objective] The reference for the castor bean sowing and its seedling-supplying was provided.Method] The effect of the different temperatures in seed-soaking and its germination on castor bean germination percentage,germination rate and germination index was studied through the experimental design of 4 seed-soaking temperatures(15,25,35 and 45℃) and 5 germination temperatures(15,20,25,30 and 35 ℃).Results] The result indicated that the castor bean germination percentage was 21%,43%,95%,91% and 36%;germination rate,8%,26%,91%,88% and 31% and germination index,1.31,2.48,5.35,5.43 and 2.37,respectively while the temperature for seed germination was 15,20,25,30 and 35 ℃.There was greatly significant efficiency of germination temperature on germination percentage,germination rate and germination index.The effect of seed-soaking temperature on them was variable.And the interaction between seed-soaking temperature and germination temperature significantly affected them.Conclusion] The interaction effect between castor bean seed-soaking temperature and germination temperature on germination percentage,germination rate and germination index was significant and the best efficiency on them was produced the combination of seed-soaking temperature(25 ℃) and germination temperature(35 ℃).
