摘    要:目的]建立经低温真空干燥后的浒苔干品的等温吸湿曲线,为浒苔的加工和贮藏提供科学参考。方法]研究低温真空干燥浒苔在10-45℃温度范围内的等温吸湿曲线并拟舍得到曲线的回归方程。结果]低温真空干燥浒苔试样10℃的等温吸湿曲线呈反S形,随着温度升高等温吸湿曲线的反S特性逐渐减弱。在0~50℃范围内。质量干基含水量24%是市场上安全贮藏和流通而不会因为温度变化腐烂的最高含水量。结论]研究所获得的低温真空干燥浒苔等温吸湿曲线回归方程的席值均大于0.97,其拟合程度较好。

Abstract:Objective]The research aimed to establish the moisture sorption isotherms of low temperature vacuum dried E. prolifera,and to provide scientific references for the process and preservation of E. prolifera.Method]The moisture sorption isotherms ranging from 10-45 ℃ of low temperature vacuum dried E. prolifera were studied.And the regression equation was obtained.Result]The results showed that the reverse S characteristic of the moisture sorption isotherms decreased with the increase of the temperature. The water content of 24% during 0-50 ℃ was the maximum water content which can not rot.Conclusion]The R~2 value of regression equation of dried E. prolifera moisture sorption isotherms was all above 0.97,and had good fitting degree.
