核桃属植物嫩枝扦插生根的影响因素分析

目的]探索总结核桃属植物嫩枝扦插繁殖技术。方法]以核桃属中的核桃、山核桃、黑核桃、奇异核桃和99-I核桃5个种植物为材料,从扦插基质,激素种类,浓度与处理时间,采穗方法,采穗部位等方面入手,研究了影响核桃属植物嫩枝扦插成活率的主导因素。结果]结果表明,基质种类,激素种类、浓度与处理时间,采穗方法和采穗部位等对核桃属植物嫩枝扦插成活率均有显著影响。基质以配制土效果最好;激素以5 000 mg/kg IBA+NAA(5∶1)混配液速蘸处理效果为佳;枝条基部插穗好于顶部插穗;插穗带芽基掰取好于不带芽基剪取。结论]带芽基掰取枝条基部插穗,采用适宜浓度的外源激素IBA+NAA混配液速蘸处理后,扦插在配制土的基质中,再辅以合适的水分管理措施。该方法可有效提高核桃属植物嫩枝扦插的生根率,获得较理想的效果。

Analysis of Influencing Factors of Cutting Rootage of Juglans Linn. Tender Branches

Objective] The research aimed to explore and sum up the cutting rootage of Juglans Linn.tender branches.Method] The experiment was made a study of cutting and growing of walnut tender branches by five varieties of walnut,including walnut,hickory,black walnut,singular walnut and 99-I walnut.The main factors influencing cutting and rooting of walnut tender branches(cutting media,hormone sort,concentration and handing time,picking branches method,picking position)were studied.Result] The results showed that these factors influencing rooting were significant.The best cutting media was mixing soil,and the effect was the best that branch of walnut dipped rapidly in 5 000 mg/kg IBA+NAA(5∶1).The bottom branch was better than the top cutting branch,and the cutting branch with bottom shoot was better than the cutting branch without bottom shoot.Conclusion] The effect was the best that the cutting branch with bottom shoot dipped rapidly in IBA+NAA,then rooted in mixing soil assisting applicable water management measures.
