| 摘 要： | 目的]为找到适合蝇类生物防治的病原微生物,对罹病棕尾别麻蝇Boettcherisca peregrine体上的病原物进行分离纯化。方法]利用光学显微镜镜检菌丝和分生孢子的形态,根据病原菌的培养性状、菌丝和分生孢子的形态进行鉴定,并对其生物学特性和致病性进行初步研究。结果]棕尾别麻蝇体上的病原物为蜡蚧轮枝菌Verticillium lecanii,将该菌株编号为KMZW-1。该菌株菌落生长最适培养基为PDA培养基,最适温度为29℃,最适pH值为6.0。其孢子悬浮液对棕尾别麻蝇、丝光绿蝇、家蝇、酪蝇、黑腹果蝇成虫的致死中浓度（LC50）分别为9.50×10^5、4.58×10^7、4.06×10^7、4.10×10^3和1.05×10^7分生孢子/ml,致死中时间（LT50）分别为6.86、8.17、8.16、8.12和3.22d。结论]蜡蚧轮枝菌KMZW-1是一种对5种蝇类成虫具有活性的病原菌。
