摘    要:目的]研究四川峨眉山白术不同生态类型不同生育年限的药材根茎光合产物积累量、生理水分贮藏量的变化规律,确立白术GAP种植适宜的生态类型及采收年限。方法]采用产地调研法和60℃烘干法研究峨眉山坝区(450 m)和山地(1 200 m)生态1、2、3年生白术的根茎鲜品生物量、水分贮量、折干率、光合产物积累量和根茎干品产量,应用相关回归分析法研究不同生态类型不同生育年限白术的药材根茎光合产物积累量、生理水分贮藏量的变化规律。结果]峨眉山白术植株根茎的鲜品生物量y1、生理水分贮量h、折干率y2、光合产物积累量y3、干品产量Y表现为:山地生态>坝区生态,且3年生白术>2年生白术>1年生白术,表明白术光合产物积累规律是随生育年限增长而呈正相关地增加(P<0.001)。结论]山地生态条件适宜于白术的生长发育,植株生长健壮,病虫害少,有利于光合产物的合成积累,建议白术适宜的种植采收期为3年。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to study the change law of the accumulation of photosynthetic products and the physiological water reserves of Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.stem from Sichuan Emei Mountain under different ecological types and different reproductive life,establishing the appropriate planting and harvesting period and the ecological types of Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.GAP.Method] Using the origin investigation method and 60 ℃ drying method,the Emei Mountain dam area(450 m) and Mountain(1 200 m) in the ecological 1,2,3 Health Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.roots of fresh goods biomass,the biological water storage,the dry discount rate of photosynthetic products accumulation of dry goods and stem production were studied,and the regression analysis was applied to analyze the law of the accumulation of photosynthetic products and the physiological changes in water storage in different ecological different types of childbearing age Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.herbs stem.Result] The plant stem biomass of fresh goods y1,the water storage physiological h,the dry discount rate y2,the accumulation of photosynthetic products y3,the dry goods yield to mountain ecosystems Y of Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.in different area showed Emei Mountain>dam area ecology,and the 2003 Health Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.>biennial Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.>2001 Health Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz..It showed that the accumulation of photosynthetic products in the reproductive age with the growth of the increase was positively correlated(P<0.001).Conclusion] Emei Mountain ecological conditions are suitable for the growth and development of Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz..The plants are robust,pest and disease is less,and the conditions are conducive to the accumulation of photosynthetic products.And the authors proposed the Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.appropriate planting harvesting period is 3 years.
