摘    要:目的]探究博落回总碱的酸水提取工艺。方法]以植物博落回为原料,研究总碱的酸水提取工艺,以血根碱含量为指标进行工艺优化,考察了时间、温度、料液比、pH值4个因素对博落回总生物碱提取得率的影响。结果]通过正交试验,得出其酸水提取法的最佳工艺条件为提取时间5h,提取温度90℃,料液比1∶50,pH值1.5。结论]在优化条件下,总生物碱提取得率可达9.10%。
