城市更新中的西安市历史文化遗产保护研究

概述了城市更新的概念,指出其对于历史文化遗产的保护来说,既提供了一个整合周边环境,改善保护条件的机遇,同时也使其面临着历史风貌、格局被破坏、生存环境遭改变的风险。为了更好地应对城市更新条件下历史文化遗产的保护,使其不再成为城市发展的障碍,而成为城市重要资源和特色,从城市更新的概念和西安市的城市更新现状入手,采用实例分析和理论研究的方法,对西安市历史文化遗产的保护现状及存在问题进行分析、研究,在结合其他省市历史文化遗产保护经验的基础上,针对西安市城市更新过程中如何更加科学、合理地保护历史文化遗产提出一些具体措施。

Protection of Historic and Cultural Heritage in the Urban Renewal of Xi' an City

Concept of urban renewal was elaborated,which for the protection of historic and cultural heritage not only provides a favorable opportunity of integrating neighboring environment and improving protection conditions,but also imposes threats such as destroying its historic images and patterns,degrading of survival environment.To properly protect historic and cultural heritage in the unceasing urban renewal,and make it a significant resource and feature of the city but not a barrier of urban development,empirical analysis and theoretical research were adopted to analyze and study current conditions and problems of the protection of historic and cultural heritage in Xi'an City from the dimension of urban renewal concept and present urban renewal of Xi'an.Moreover,through summarizing successful experience of other regions,specific strategies were given to protect historic and cultural heritage of Xi'an City in its urban renewal more scientifically and reasonably.
