小型液压挖树机的设计与研究

摘    要:液压挖树机采用液压作为动力完成挖树,举升带土球树木以及栽树等过程,能有效提高树木移栽效率、树木成活率和降低成本.利用三维CAD软件Creo2.0对挖树机挖树装置机构进行了设计并且对挖树铲部件挖树过程和起苗过程的受力情况作了分析,最后使用ansys-workbench进行求解,为今后该机械的结构设计以及参数优化提供依据.

Abstract:Hydraulic tree spade adopts hydraulic pressure as power to complete digging,lifting and transplanting a tree which can effectively improve the survival rate of trees,efficiency of tree transplant and reduce the cost of tree transplant.The tree spade was designed with threedimensional modeling software of Creo2.0.The force data of the spade while digging and lifting a tree dug by the tree spade was calculated through formula,and then the spade was analyzed with ansys-workbench.The result can provide the basis for the structural design of the machine and parameters optimization.
