油茶树桩改接茶花技术研究

摘    要:目的]筛选油茶树桩改接茶花的最优条件。方法]研究嫁接部位、嫁接湿度、温度、光照对油茶树桩改接茶花成活率的影响。结果]油茶树桩改接茶花嫁接成活率相对较高的嫁接部位为新梢,较适宜的嫁接湿度为75%以上,较适宜的嫁接时期为5月份,较适宜的光照为弱光照射。结论]在以上条件下进行嫁接,油茶树桩改接茶花的成活率为86.6%~93.3%。

Study on Technology of Camellia oleifera Stump Grafting for Camellia
Abstract:Objective] To screen the optimum condition of Camellia oleifera stump grafting for Camellia.Method] The effects of grafting site,grafting humidity,temperature and illumination on survival rate of Camellia oleifera stump grafting for Camellia were studied.Result] The grafting rate of Camellia oleifera stump grafting for Camellia was relatively higher,and the grafting part was new shoot.The suitable grafting humidity was more than 75%.The suitable grafting time was May,and the suitable light was weak light irradiation.Conclusion] Under the above conditions,the survival rate of Camellia oleifera stumps grafting for Camellia was 86.6%-93.3%.
