| 摘 要： | 通过对安徽凤台进行实地调研,引入公众参与城乡规划的理念。透过凤台县两个典型村落失地农民参与城乡规划的调查分析,从参与的主体对安置留用地不同的用途方向的角度阐释现实中公众参与的过程对规划的实际影响。

| Abstract: | Based on field research carried out in Fengtai county of Anhui,in the article the research project on the public participation in urban and rural planning was described.Through the survey of the urban and rural planning participated peasants-landlosing in two typical villages in Fengtai County,how the process of participation would affect the actual planning was explained from the angle of the participation's different uses of the retained land. |
