| Abstract: | Taking the south Zhengxing region of Chengdu city as an example,the advantages and the existing problems of land development and utilization in fast urbanization process were analyzed.Land layout planning and land structural adjustment were made to build new rural community and guide peasants to yard up for realizing the connotative urbanization and increasing the urbanization rate effectively. |
