微波消解-火焰原子吸收法测定木通中6种微量元素

摘    要:[目的]建立火焰原子吸收光谱法测定木通中钙、镁、 铁、锌、铜、锰元素含量的方法。[方法]用浓硝酸微波消解样品,采用光焰光度法测定。[结果]木通中含有钙 17.0 mg/g,镁3.13 mg/g,铁 1.41 mg/g,锌0.148 mg/g,铜0.025 9 mg/g, 锰 0.588 mg/g。RSD为2.3%-9.2% ,回收率为95%-108%。[结论]此方法简单、准确,结果令人满意。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to establish a determination method of Ca,Mg,Fe,Zn,Cu and Mn in Akebia quinata by microwave digestion-flame atomic absorption spectrometry.Method] The samples were diluted by microwave digestion with HNO3 and the contents were determined by calibration curve method.Result] The contents of Ca,Mg,Fe,Zn,Cu and Mn in A.quinata were 17.0,3.13,1.41,0.148,0.025 9 and 0.588 mg/g resp.RSD was 2.3%-9.2% and the recovery was 95%-108%.Conclusion] The method is simple,accurate and satis...
