摘    要:目的]研究杜仲叶挥发油的化学成分。方法]杜仲叶经水蒸气蒸馏得挥发油,运用GC-MS技术,结合计算机检索对其化学成分进行分析和鉴定。用峰面积归一法计算各组分相对含量。结果]分离鉴定了38个化合物,占挥发油总量的96.18%。其中,含量在3%以上的组分有:叶醇(19.61%)、3四-氢呋喃甲醇(57.02%)、植醇(6.37%)。结论]为进一步开发利用杜仲叶药用价值提供科学依据。
