| Abstract: | This article compared Marx's and Wren's discussion on the lives of factory workers during Industrial Revolution in Great Britain.Their difference and sameness were analyzed.It is pointed out that the period had special reference to distribution-institutional change of human capital during the restructuring of Chinese dual economy. |
