| 摘 要： | 目的]为油茶的快速繁殖提供技术参考。方法]以油茶品种岑软2号和岑软3号的鲜嫩带芽的茎段和顶芽为外植体,分别设置不同消毒时间,9组培养基激素浓度配置,2个光照条件,进行组织培养。结果]在其他条件一致的情况下,不同的外植体消毒方式、培养基激素配置和光照条件对油茶愈伤组织和芽的诱导的影响各异。采用0.1%HgCl2对外植体消毒6min的诱导效果最好,岑软2号和岑软3号的成活率分别达71%和73%;激素配置为6-BA2.0mg/L和NAA0.2mg/L时,愈伤组织和芽的诱导效果达到最佳,岑软2号和岑软3号的诱导率分别为47.8%、48.5%;接种后直接进行光照培养的效果最好,岑软2号和岑软3号的愈伤组织和芽的诱导率分别为45%、62%。结论]最佳条件：0.1%HgCl2消毒6min;激素配置为6-BA2.0mg/L和NAA0.2mg/L;接种后直接进行光照培养。
