用分光光度法测定油茶皂素的含量

摘    要:用分光光度法研究了油茶皂素定量的测定方法。以甲醇为提取剂,用超声波提取50 min,以浓度为77%的浓硫酸4 ml、反应时间为15 min、反应温度为60℃为显色条件测定在其551 nm处的吸光度。结果表明,该方法具有简单、干扰小、准确度高、分析速度快等优点,适合批量试样的分析。

Abstract:In this paper a simple way to determine the content of saponins from Camellia oleifera with spectrophotometry was studied.Results showed that saponins can be well calculated according to their absorption at 551 nm under ultrasonic treatment of the sample in methanol for 50 min,and centrifugated in 4 ml 77 % H2SO4 for 15 min at 60 ℃.The experiment showed that the method established had less interference,good precision,simplicity,rapidity and can be well adopted for determination of a great deal of saponins from Camellia oleifera.
