摘    要:目的]研究不同时期环割对促成栽培夏黑葡萄果实品质的影响.方法]采用单因素随机设计,选择生长一致的夏黑葡萄单株,在花后10(4月30日)、20(5月9日)、30 d(5月19日),在结果母枝第2、3节之间进行环割.花后30 d开始采集样本,每隔7d采集样本一次至果实成熟,测定果实重量及可溶性糖、可滴定酸、花青素含量.结果]环割促进果实生长发育,果实鲜重、可溶性糖含量、花青素含量显著增加,可滴定酸含量降低,且花后20d环割处理效果最显著.结论]该研究可为新疆地区夏黑葡萄无公害生产提供参考.

Abstract:Objective] To study effect of ring cut in different periods on promoting quality of Xiahei Grape.Method] By adopting single factor random design,consistently-growing Xiahei grape plants were chosen for ring cut between the second and third node of fruit-bearing parent branches 10 days (April 30),20 days (May 9),30 days (May 19) after flower.Samples were collected 30 days after flowering,and once every 7 days until the fruits became mature to measure fruit weight,soluble sugar,titratable acid,and anthocyanin concentration.Result] Ring cut promoted growth of fruits,increased fruit fresh weight,soluble sugar content,anthocyanin content,but reduced titratable acid concentration,and ring cut 20 days after flowering showed the most outstanding effect.Conclusion] The research provides references for the pollution-free production of Xiahei Grape in Xinjiang area.
