摘    要:目的]研究毒死蜱胁迫对青菜幼苗生长及抗氧化系统的影响。方法]采用盆栽试验的方法,研究了毒死蜱胁迫对青菜幼苗可溶性糖、叶绿素含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的影响。结果]毒死蜱胁迫会显著降低植株体内可溶性糖含量,比对照降低78.56%;而对叶绿素的合成有一定促进作用,青菜幼苗叶片中叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素总量及类胡萝卜素含量分别比对照处理提高了7.72%,8.72%,7.96%和4.52%。毒死蜱对SOD活性有一定激活效应,而对CAT活性则表现为抑制效应。与对照相比,毒死蜱胁迫下SOD活性提高了50.22%,CAT活性降低了10.65%。结论]该研究为毒死蜱在蔬菜上的安全施用提供了理论依据。

Effect of Chlorpyrifos Stress on Seedling Growth and Activities in Antioxidant Enzymes of Greengrocery

Abstract:Objective] The effect of chlorpyrifos stress on seedling growth and activities in antioxidant enzymes of greengrocery were studied.Method] Pot experiments were conducted to evaluate effect of chlorpyrifos stress on soluble sugar and chlorophyll content,activities of SOD and CAT in Greengrocery.Result] The results showed that Chlorpyrifos stress had a certain effect on the plant growth and antioxidant enzyme system.The soluble sugar content in plant decreased significantly by 78.56% compared to control;during seedling period,Chlorophyll a,Chlorophyll b,total chlorophyll,and carotenoids increased by 7.72%,8.72%,7.96%,and 4.52% separately;SOD activities increased by 50.2%,while CAT activities decreased 10.7%.Conclusion] These primary research results wight provide the theoretic basis for the safe application of chlorpyrifos on vegetables.
