摘    要:目的]利用响应面分析法优化板栗壳总黄酮的提取工艺。方法]固定料液比为1:20,以乙醇浓度、提取温度及提取时间为响应因子,总黄酮提取得率为响应值,实施3因素3水平的响应面分析,建立数学模型,并得出最佳工艺条件。结果]利用响应面分析法获得的提取板栗壳总黄酮的最佳工艺条件为:乙醇浓度为46%,提取温度为50℃,提取时间为3h,该条件下提取2次,板栗壳总黄酮的得率可达19.66%。结论]为板栗壳的推广应用奠定基础。

Abstract:Objective] Optimization of the extraction techniques of the total flavonoids from chestnut shell by response surface methodology. Method] Fixed solid-liquid ratio were 1:20,Ethanol concentration, extraction temperature and time were chosen as the response factors, extraction rat of total flavonoids were chosen as response value, response surface analysis implemented by three factors and three levels, mathematical model was established, and the optimum technological conditions were obtained. Result] The optimum technological conditions of extracting the total flavonoids of chestnut shell by response surface methodology were: ethanol concentration were 46%, extraction temperature was 50 ℃, extraction time was 3 h. Under this optimal conditions, the yield of total flavonoids which extracted 2 times was 19.66%. Conclusion] Laid a foundation for popularized effects of chestnut shell.
