| 摘 要： | 目的]筛选山药茎尖脱毒苗分化培养基配方。方法]选用MS为基础培养基,6-BA、2,4-D、NAA为激素处理因素和不同激素浓度处理水平的3因素3水平的试验设计,进行了山药茎尖脱毒苗分化培养基的筛选研究。结果]MS＋2.0mg/L6-BA＋1.0mg/L2,4-D＋3.0mg/LNAA为山药茎尖脱毒苗最佳分化培养基。结论]该培养基能达到山药茎尖离体脱分化与分化之间的一种良好的平衡,是一种进行山药茎尖脱毒苗培养适宜的分化培养基。

| Abstract: | Objective]The research aimed to screen out the differentiation medium formula for the virus-free test-tube seeding from stem tips of Dioscorea opposita. Method]Choosing MS as the basic medium,three-factor and three-level test was designed with 6-BA,2,4-D and NAA as treatment factors and different hormone levels as three levels.
