| 摘 要： | 土地整理是提高辽宁省经济发展的根本措施之一。为了全面地认识土地整理,对土地整理的研究进展进行了回顾。根据有关文献,对土地整理运行机制进行了论述,并对辽宁省现行土地整理运作进行了系统地归纳总结,为土地开发整理规划提供了可靠的手段和依据。

| Abstract: | Land consolidation is one of the measures of economic development in Liaoning province.In order to know land consolidation comprehensively,the current situation of the development of land consolidation was summarized.According to related literatures,in this paper,the mechanism of land consolidation was analyzed.And the reliable approach and basis for land exploitation and consolidation planning were provided. |
