| 摘 要： | 藻胆蛋白是螺旋藻的主要光合作用蛋白,在螺旋藻中含量很高,因其突出的营养和药用价值而获得了广泛研究与应用。对藻胆蛋白的组成结构、提取纯化、理化特性及开发应用等方面进行了综述。

| Abstract: | Phycobiliprotein is the main photosynthesis protein in Spirulina and its content is very high,which is widely studied and utilized because of its special value of nutrition and medicine.The current progress in phycobiliprotein of spirulina was reviewed in this article in the following aspects:the composition and structure,extraction and purification,physic-chemical characteristic and exploration. |
