摘    要:目的]研究大叶金花草(HERBA et RHIZOMA STENOLOMA CHUSANAE)总黄酮提取物的抗菌活性。方法]采用牛津杯法测定大叶金花草总黄酮提取物抗大肠杆菌(Escherichia coil)、枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)和酿酒酵母(Saccharmoyces cerevisiae)的活性。结果]大叶金花草总黄酮浓度高于0.384 mg/ml时,其对大肠杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌均有一定的抑制作用,特别是对后者;但浓度低于0.384 mg/ml时,其对这2种菌均无抑制作用;大叶金花草总黄酮提取物对酿酒酵母没有抑制作用。结论]大叶金花草总黄酮具有一定的抗菌活性。

Study on Antibacterial Activity of Total Flavonoids from HERBA et RHIZOMA STENOLOMA CHUSANA

Abstract:Objective]To study the antibacterial activity of the total flavonoids from HERBA et RHIZOMA STENOLOMA CHUSANAE.Method]The inhibitory activity of total flavonoids from HERBA et RHIZOMA STENOLOMA CHUSANAE to Escherichia coil,Bacillus subtilis and Saccharmoyces cerevisiae were investigated using Oxford cup method.Result]The total flavonoids showed some inhibition to Escherichia coil and Bacillus subtilis,especially for the latter,when the concentration of total flavonoids was above 0.384 mg/ml;whiel it had no inhibitory activity to the two as the concentration was below 0.384 mg/ml.Besides,the total flavonoids presented no inhibition to Saccharmoyces cerevisiae.Conclusion]The total flavonoids from HERBA et RHIZOMA STENOLOMA CHUSANAE Was endowed with certain antibacterial activity.
