摘    要:目的]综述茶叶中多糖的提取技术研究进展,进行茶多糖超临界萃取初步试验。方法]分析各种传统茶多糖提取技术的原理、过程以及超临界萃取多糖类物质的应用现状和机理,分析超临界萃取提取茶叶中多糖的可行性。结果]在茶粉颗粒度为40目,20%无水乙醇夹带剂,萃取压力35 MPa,萃取温度45℃,萃取时间2 h的条件下,茶多糖的提取率可达92.5%。结论]采用超临界CO2萃取可有效提取茶叶中的多糖,并最大限度保持了提取茶多糖的生物活性。

Progress of Extraction Technoloqy of Tea Polysaccharide and Study on Supercritical Fluid Extraction

Abstract:Objective] The progress of extraction technology of tea polysaccharide was studied,and supercritical fluid extraction of TPS was conducted.Method] The principle and process of various traditional extraction of tea polysaccharide and application status and mechanism of supercritical extraction of TPS were analyzed.The supercritical fluid extraction feasibility of extracting polysaccharide in tea was studied.Result]The content of TPS was measured with the method of anthracene ketone-sulfuric acid.The results showed that the best condition of extraction was the grain size of 40,the dosage of entrainer of 20% anhydrous ethanol,the extracting pressure of 35 MPa,the extracting temperature of 45 ℃,the extracting time of 2 hours.The extraction rate of TPS could reach 92.5%.Conclusion] TPS could be extracted with supercritical CO2 extraction effectively,and the biological activity of extraction of TPS could be maintained.
