增江光倒刺鲃幼鱼形态性状与体重的关系

摘    要:目的]为光倒刺鲃选育指标的确立提供理论依据。方法]2012年7月在广州市增江流域采集128尾光倒刺鲃幼鱼,测量其体长、头长、眼径、头高、体高、眼间距、尾柄高和体重。采用相关分析和通径分析的方法,分析各性状对光倒刺鲃幼鱼体重的影响。结果]光倒刺鲃幼鱼体长与体重呈幂函数相关,体长与体重匀速生长。各形态性状与体重的相关系数均达到极显著水平(P<0.01);体长对光倒刺鲃幼鱼体重的直接作用最大,是影响体重的主要因素。所选形态性状对体重的复回归系数为0.934 8,表明所选性状是影响体重的主要性状。运用通径分析和多元逐步回归分析,剔除回归方程中对体重影响不显著的性状,建立了以体重为依变量、以体长和体高为自变量的多元回归方程:y=-47.234+0.585x1+0.310x4(R2=0.934 8)。结论]该研究可为光倒刺鲃的选育奠定基础。

Relationship between the Morphological Traits and Body Weight of Juvenile Spinibarbus hollandi in Zengjiang River

Abstract: Objective ] The research aimed to provide theoretical basis for establishing the breeding indices of Spinibarbus hollandi. Meth- od] 128 juvenile fishes of Spinibarbus hollandi were collected from Zengjiang River in Guangzhou in July of 2012 to measure the body length, head length, eye diameter, head depth, body depth, inter orbital width, caudal peduncle depth and body weight. The effects of the morpho- logical traits on body weight of S. hollandi juvenile were analyzed by using correlation analysis and path analysis. Result] The body length and bogy weight of S. hollandi juvenile show a power function correlation and the isometric growth. The correlation coefficients between each morphological trait and body weight all reached extremely significant level(P 〈0.01 ). The direct effect of body length on the bogy weight of S. hollandi juvenile was the greatest and it was one of main influencing factors. The multiple regression coefficient of the selected morphologi- cal traits on the bogy weight was 0.934 8, which indicated that the selected morphological traits were the main influencing factors on the bogy weight. The morphological traits that had no significant effect on the bogy weight in the regression equation were eliminated by using path anal- ysis and multiple stepwise regression. The multiple regression equation with body weight as dependent variable and body length and body depth as independent variables was established as y = - 47. 234 + 0. 585x1 + 0. 310x4 ( R2 = 0. 934 8 ). Conclusion ] The research could lay the foundation for the breeding of S. hollandi.
