桑叶总黄酮提取工艺的优选研究

摘    要:目的]研究桑叶总黄酮提取的最佳工艺。方法]以桑叶总黄酮为考察指标,采用正交试验法对桑叶的提取工艺进行优化。结果]确定了桑叶总黄酮提取的最佳工艺条件为乙醇浓度70%,乙醇用量40 ml,超声时间45 min。结论]试验优选的桑叶总黄酮的提取工艺合理可行,可应用于生产。

Abstract: Objective] To study the optimum extraction technique for total flavones from mulberry leaves. Method ] Taking total fiavones from mulberry leaves as the inspection target, the orthogonal testing method was used to optimize the extraction technique. Results] The best technological conditions were as follows: ethanol concentration 70% , dosage 40 ml, ultrasonic time 45 rain. Conclusion] The method is rea- sonable and feasible and can apply to batch production.
