| 摘 要： | 研究生创新能力培养是地方院校研究生培养的关键,分析了目前地方院校海洋生物学专业人才培养方面存在的不足,重点围绕地方院校学科建设、课程体系建设、教学内容与方法改革、导师队伍建设、产学研结合等方面,探讨了培养海洋生物学专业创新型人才的措施,以全面培养和提高地方院校海洋生物学研究生的创新能力。

| Abstract: | The training of postgraduates＇ innovation ability is a key task for local universities.The shortcomings in the personnel training of post-graduates who major in Marine Biology in local universities were analyzed,focusing on the following aspects： subject construction,curriculum system construction,reforms of teaching contents and methods,construction of postgraduate tutorial staff and the integration of production-study-research.It also explores how to cultivate innovative talents in Marine Biology major so as to foster and improve innovative abilities of postgraduates majoring in Marine Biology in local universities and colleges. |
