| 摘 要： | 目的]研究新城疫抗体水平与大肠杆菌抗病性的相关性,为抗病育种提供参考资料。方法]选择淮南麻黄鸡、红宝鸡,及其杂交鸡,于攻毒前全群采血,采用血凝抑制法(HI)检测新城疫抗体水平。通过攻毒试验区分抗病鸡和易感鸡,并与新城疫抗体水平进行相关性分析。结果]试验鸡的新城疫抗体水平与抗大肠杆菌病抗性呈中等程度正相关,相关系数在0.60左右。结论]该研究可为寻找抗病性遗传标记和从免疫遗传学角度控制大肠杆菌病提供参考资料。

| Abstract: | Objective] To study the correlation between NDV Antibody（Ab） titer and chicken＇s genetic disease resistance,and provide reference data for anti-disease breeding.Method] 60 chickens of each breed（Huainan spotted-brown chicken,redbro chicken and their reciprocal hybrids） were selected.The chickens were divided into two groups by infection,the resistance and the susceptibility.The NDV Ab titer was tested by the method of HI,and the data were used in correlation analyses with chicken＇s genetic disease resistance.Result] The results showed that the correlation between the NDV Ab titer and the experimental chickens＇ resistance to colibacillosis was the middle positive correlation（0.60r0.66）.Conclusion] The study provides reference data for seeking anti-disease genetic marker and controlling colibacillosis from the perspective of immunogenetics. |
