河南省致病性猪源链球菌部分微生物学特性及耐药性研究

目的]了解河南省猪链球菌病病原的微生物学特性及耐药性,为临床防治提供依据。方法]从河南省不同地区猪场中疑似猪链球菌病的自然发病病例中分离到12株地方流行株,经形态染色、培养特性、生化特性以及致病性试验对其进行了初步鉴定和药敏试验。结果]结果表明,12株猪链球菌中4株为C群,4株为D群,3株为E群,1株为未知群;分离株均对头孢类药物、磷霉素、氟苯尼考等高度敏感,而对红霉素、磺胺、链霉素等不敏感。结论]该研究为了解河南省猪链球菌病的流行动态及综合防治提供了有力参考。

Research on Some Microbial Properties and Drug Resistance of Pathogenic Streptococcus in Henan Province

Objective] The research aimed to understand some microbial properties and drug resistance of pathogen Streptococcus in Henan Province and provide a basis for the clinical control.Method] Twelve local pandemic strains were isolated from different pig farms in different areas of Henan Province.The examples were preliminarily identified by morphological staining,cultural characteristics,biochemical characteristics and pathogenic experiments,then the susceptibility tests were performed.Result] The results showed that 4 strains were Group C,4 strains were Group D,3 strains were Group E and an unknown group in the 12 swine Streptococcus strains.These strains were all high sensitive to cephalosporin drugs,fosfomycin and florfenicol,but low sensitive to erythromycin,sulfonamides and streptomycin.Conclusion] The present study provided useful reference to understand the epidemic tendency and integrate control measures of swine Streptococcus in Henan Province.
