| 摘 要： | 分析了我国传统出口水产品供应链运作模式中质量安全信息传递存在的问题,提出可追溯体系在出口水产品供应链的养殖、加工、仓储、运输4个环节质量安全信息传递中的具体应用,得出基于可追溯体系的出口水产品供应链运作模式在质量安全信息传递方面具有增强供应链整体信息的可见度、加强供应链成员企业间的信息沟通、降低检验成本、有效整合成员企业的内外部供应链等优势,最后提出了建立出口水产品可追溯体系的相应对策.

| Abstract: | The problems of the traditional operation mode in the quality and safety of information transmission in Chinag export of aquatic prod- ucts supply chain were analyzed, the traceability system＇ s specific application in the export of aquatic products supply chain were put forward from 4 aspects, such as farming, processing, storage, transport. Based on the advantages of strengthening visibility of supply chain information and information communication among supply chain enterprises, reducing test cost, effectively integrating internal and external supply chain, cor- responding countermeasures for establishing export aquatic product traceability system. |
