| 摘 要： | 目的]将内蒙古传统相马术和现代分子生物学技术相结合,找出一种更为科学简便的相马方法。方法]对试验马COMT基因位点单个基因的多态性与性格性状关联性进行研究,并从分子生物学角度探讨马的性格遗传特点。结果]电泳检测表明:COMT基因第2外显子的PCR产物与Marker DL2000相比,其位点在250 bp下方。PCR-SSCP分析结果表明:马基因组DNACOMT基因第2外显子存在单核苷酸多态性,所检测的30个个体中,发现2种基因型,即AA和AB型。测序结果表明:COMT基因的第2外显子161位置存在一个多态位点。COMT基因第2外显子多态性与马的竞争性有显著相关性,与其它性格没有显著相关性,AB型马的竞争性比AA型强。结论]该研究为马的鉴定提供了新的技术支持。
