须弥紫菀中黄酮成分的研究

摘    要:目的]对须弥紫菀的化学成分进行研究。方法]采用硅胶柱色谱进行分离,通过波谱分析方法鉴定化合物结构。结果]从须弥紫菀石油醚-乙酸乙酯-甲醇萃取部位分离得到4个黄酮类化合物,分别鉴定为5,6二-羟基-2,7,3′,4′-四甲氧基黄酮醇(Ⅰ)、5,6二-羟基-2,7,4′-三甲氧基黄酮醇(Ⅱ)、Oxyayanin-B(Ⅲ)、木犀草素(luteolin)(Ⅳ)。结论]这4个黄酮化合物首次从须弥紫菀中分离得到。

Studies on Flavonoid Compounds in Aster himalaicus
Abstract:Objective] The aim was to study the chemical constituents of Aster himalaicus.Methods] Compounds were separated by using silica gel column chromatography,and its structure was identified by using spectral analysis method.Result] 4 kinds of flavonoid compounds from the petroleum ether-ethyl acetate-methanol extraction of Aster himalaicus,four compounds were identified as 5,6-dihydroxy-3,7,3′,4′-tetramethoxyflavonol(I),5,6-dihydroxy-3,7,4′-trimethoxyflavonol(II),Oxyayanin-B(III) and luteolin(IV).Conclusion] This is the first report on the chemical compound of Aster himalaicus,and the flavonoids were first isolated from this plant.
